Most parts with rotary surface can be processed by turning, such as inner and outer cylindrical surface, inner and outer circular conical surface, end face, groove, thread and rotary forming surface.

Finshes For CNC Machining Parts
As machined — Cutter marks and potential sharp edges and burrs during CNC machining will appear on the parts. It can be removed on request.
Sand paper — Using sand paper to remove the cutter marks left over from the CNC machining process, so that the surface of the product parts become smooth and clean.
Bead Blast — This will remove light cutter marks and sand paper scratches, leaving behind a smooth，even appearance.
Anodizing — Anodizing produces an oxide film that has protective, decorative, and other properties. Parts can be anodized to different colors, which are clear, black, red, gold, and blue. The thicker the film, the stronger the corrosion and wear resistance.
Powder coating — This is a process in which powder paint is sprayed onto a part and then baked in an oven. This creates a strong, wear – resistant and corrosion – resistant layer that is more durable than the standard painting method. A variety of colors can create the desired aesthetic.
Chrome Plating — The chrome coating has good heat resistance, wear resistance, and high hardness.
