Operation before the key work of large and medium-sized CNC machining

  1. Connect the CNC lathe main switching power supply circuit and the CRT display switching power supply. Develop the system management of CNC lathe four-column hydraulic press. Check whether the CNC lathe on CRT has all kinds of sample information immediately clean up the bitter report. Check whether the peripheral equipment of CNC lathe is normal. Check whether the CNC lathe is correct in the orientation of the machine arm and the CNC knife.

  2. Check whether the coordinates of the CNC lathe are in the position of the safety factor, and the coordinates must be circumvent the zero point of the CNC lathe during the period, to prevent overcharging when the coordinates are returned to the anchor point and to ensure that the milling cutter and the processing product parts will not interfere when the anchor point is returned.

In general, the z-direction coordinates are first selected to return to zero. Make the lathe spindle to bypass the processing of the product parts together to check whether everything is normal on the coordinate work.

Check whether there are abnormal phenomena in the machining knives of large and medium-sized CNC machining spindle bearings, mechanical arms and CNC knives. If the position of the CNC blade in the CNC knife is wrong, the CNC blade is damaged, etc. Need to be removed immediately before the basic processing.
