Disadvantages of magnesium alloys die casting
Under the current technical conditions, magnesium alloy still has its defects:
(1) Although magnesium alloy can be cast into ultra-thin castings, relatively speaking, magnesium alloy castings also have certain limitations, can only be cast in a specific size, can not be too thick.
(2) Die casting alloy varieties are few, for example, a mobile phone can only use AZ91D alloy, other alloys can not be replaced.

2.There is no good corrosion resistance. Die castings will age due to corrosion.
3.Although zinc alloy has good mechanical properties at room temperature, it is not suitable for use in too high or too low temperature environments, because zinc alloy will reduce its impact performance at high and low temperatures.
