Sheet metal processing is a comprehensive cold drawing process for sheet metal, including cold stamping, bending, drawing, forming, casting and riveting. Its striking basic feature is the same thickness of the same part. Most sheet metal parts of mechanical equipment are made of metal sheets and pipes. Due to its light weight, high compressive strength, good conductivity, low cost, mass production, random appearance, smooth surface and other characteristics, it has been widely used in electronic materials, communications, automotive industry and other fields, medical equipment and so on.

Mechanical equipment sheet metal parts key production and processing raw materials:

1.Hot galvanized sheet: SECC (n) (anti-fingerprint identification plate), SECC (P), dx1, DX2, SECD (stretched plate). Raw material strength: hrb50°+-5°, tensile steel plate: hrb32°~37°

2.Cold rolled steel plate: SPCC, SPCD (drawn steel), 08F, 20, 25, Q235-A, CRS. Raw material strength: hrb50°±5°, tensile plate: hrb32°~37°

The key production process of sheet metal parts for mechanical equipment:

1.Sheet metal processing of mechanical equipment: The whole process of stamping processing is to put the plate in the form of blank or waterproof roller into the whole process of stamping machine. Depending on the complexity of the part, the total number of processes in the mold can be determined.

2.Bending forming: Bending is a bending method used to produce thin sheet metal parts. A device for bending metal is called a bending machine. The lower side of the device includes a V-shaped groove called a die. The upper end of the device includes a punching needle that diastolic presses a metal plate into a V-shaped mold and bends it.
